Other southern beaches can be reached within a 5 to 10 minute drive, and northern beaches are only 20 minutes away. The journey from the airport to the property takes 15 minutes.

The swimming pool (7m x 3m) is surrounded sunbathing terrace and there is an artificial grass area with indigenous plants on the other side of the garden.
