Apartment in Alporchinhos, Algarve

Alporchinhos 840 is a delightful 1-bedroom apartment, with the possibility of sleeping four (2 adults and 2 children), very close to the beach of Praia da Senhora da Rocha and the town of Armação do Pêra. It is professionally cleaned.

Air conditioning is available in the apartment which also provides heat during the winter.

Tastefully-furnished and fully-equipped including coffee machine and dishwasher, the apartment has Wi-Fi and covered parking. The apartment is close to the communal pool, with a café/restaurant, where the children’s pool is shaded at times through the day. Also, in a box in the apartment, there are noodles to use in the water, tennis rackets etc.

The property is located at the top of the steps to Senhora da Rocha beach. There are various other beaches within walking distance along with cafés and restaurants.

There are two water parks within a 10-minute drive of the apartment and both run a return bus service every day.

The theme park Zoomarine is not far, just a 15-minute drive, also running a bus service (must be booked ahead of time). Zoomarine's main attractions include exhibitions by dolphins, seals and sea lions, an aquarium with sharks, 4D cinema, various rides, attractions and swimming pools. The theme park is also a reception for injured wild aquatic animals that are released back into the wild once they have recuperated.

If you are an animal lover, Lagos Zoo is also only a 30- to 40-minute drive away with the monkey islands being a great favourite with children.

For keen golfers, there are over 40 golf courses in the Algarve, of which at least six can be found within a 20-minute drive of the apartment.

We strongly advise you to take out comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover, personal belongings and public liability.

No stag/hen parties or similar groups are allowed.

No excessive noise between the hours of 11pm (23h00) and 7am (07h00).
