Ipanema 3 is a superb and tastefully furnished 2-bedroom apartment, located in the beautiful complex of “Quinta Pedra dos Bicos”. The location of Ipanema 3 is without a doubt one of its best attributes, as it benefits from its close proximity to everything you may require for a relaxing family holiday.
Sleeping 5 + 1 people and including free wi-fi, this wonderful apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds, and 2 bathrooms, one fitted with a bath and overhead shower and another with a bath and separate shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils and the bright and spacious living / dining room includes comfortable furniture. There are also several sunny balconies with outdoor seating to enjoy a meal or a drink in the sun.
In this beautiful complex you can enjoy a large swimming pool and well-kept gardens, where you can relax and sunbathe. These are just a short walk from the apartment building.
The property is very well located, as it’s in the Santa Eulália area, just a few minutes’ walk from the main street where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, banks and supermarkets. It’s also a short walk to the beach and to the Albufeira Strip.
Car Hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with this.
The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season).
Changeover day is on Saturday, however this may be flexible in low season.
Breakage Deposit Groups: €150 per person (payable by credit card only)
Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions.
Prices up to 5 people.
The 6th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.*
