A few steps from the beautiful beaches of Lake Garda and the center of Desenzano, is located this large and charming terraced villa with exclusive pool. The property is located on three levels. On the first floor there is a large and bright living room with TV corner and dining table. The living room leads directly to the small veranda and private pool. On the same floor you will find an eat-in kitchen.
The first floor offers two bathrooms with shower and three bright bedrooms, two double and one with two single beds. From the double rooms overlooking the pool you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake. There is a basement with a bathroom with whirlpool and a large cozy room with a sofa bed in the TV lounge and beds for children, ideal for families.
The house is located in a residential area in a good position from which you can easily reach Sirmione (8 km), known for its spas, the famous amusement parks in Peschiera del Garda (15 km) and the picturesque villages. Visit also the peaks on the lake, such as Riva del Garda, a paradise for surfers or Padenghe sul Garda, with the precious extra virgin olive oil and DOC wines. The boat departs from the lakeside of Desenzano (500 m) and will take you to the Veronese shore in a few minutes. Verona and Venice are also within easy reach.
