Superb 3 bedroom bungalow in the center of Ayia Napa just a minutes walk to the beach, shops and local restaurants;

Villa offers mature gardens which adds to the guest privacy, plenty of space for sun lounging around the private swimming pool & outdoor dining with BBQ area.

Inside offers all the comforts of a home away from home with an open plan living area, dining, and fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle & a large breakfast table.

The living room comes equipped with a comfortable large sofa, a large flat screen TV and satellite box with access to 1000+ international channels & WIFI.

The dining room can comfortably seat 6 - 8 persons and the guest WC is adjacent to the living room.

When you’re ready for bed, you’ll find that the properties bedrooms are more than comfortable. The Villa consists of 3 bedrooms, with large double beds, blackout blinds, air-conditioning, bedside tables / with lamps & large mirrors, ample wardrobe space, en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom. The other two have access to the shared family bathroom and direct access to the outdoors leading to the private swimming pool.
