Beautiful rustic house located in Llubi with private pool, just 15km from one of the best beaches on the island,
Beaches of Muro.

It is surrounded by nature in a very quiet environment with total privacy, and its elevated situation
It provides beautiful views of the Serra de Tramuntana (mountain range in the north of the island of Mallorca).

The house has two floors distributed in: ground floor with living room with kitchen in office and
bathroom with shower, on the first floor there are two bedrooms, one of them with jacuzzi.

The house is surrounded by terraces where you can sunbathe, read or just enjoy
of the tranquility of the area.

Another characteristic of the house is that it is respectful with the environment: the electrical system
It is by solar energy and the water supply is also completely natural.

An additional cleaning and laundry cost will be applied to all stays of less than 7 nights.

The check-in and check-out is flexible, provided there are no other reservations, in that case, the check-in must be at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00

-If the reservation is made through Homeaway or Booking, 30% will be requested in advance, despite this, you have 15 days before your arrival to cancel without penalty.
