Holiday villa in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

Villa Marisol is located in the heart of Los Mojones, in Puerto del Carmen. It is a villa of very high standard, comfortable and just a few minutes walk from the main promenade, Avenida de las Playas, and only a few minutes from the leisure offer available in the area. It is perfect for a few days of beach, relax, bike outings or walking along the promenade. We have a reliable wifi connection, ideal for working remotely from home.

The two bedroom villa has a double bed and two individual beds, two bathrooms, one en suite and another in the hallway, equipped with hair dryer, magnifying mirror and high quality amenities (gel / shampoo and moisturiser dispenser) , living room with large sat tv, WiFi, dining area with well equipped kitchen, everything you need to cook and dish up. The terrace and heated pool will make you hesitate between either staying at the villa with the fabulous terrace area by the pool or heading off to the beach. The terrace has comfortable furniture and sunbeds.

Thanks to its good location you can find a good selection of restaurants, bars, shops, excursion sales center, ice cream parlours and a promenade that invites you to take a good walk by the sea.

WELCOME: We request your arrival information in order to organise your check in. Whenever it is possible for us, we welcome our guests at the door of the house. There we complete a brief check in form, we give you a welcome pack (water, milk, packets of coffee and tea, cookies, crackers, ½ bottle of wine from Lanzarote and a cleaning kit) along with a welcome letter with personal recommendations of the island along with helpful information and telephone numbers. We are available when needed to resolve any questions you may have and we remain at your disposal 24 hours for anything you need. For the little ones, we can, for an additional fee organise a BABY PACK (cot, high chair, linen, blanket, towel, shower kit as well as portable bath and dishes apt for children). Request this before your arrival.

The check in time is from 15:00 PM. The check out of the house is by 12:00 PM. If you want arrive before or leave later, no problem, tell us to check availability.

CLEANING: The house comes with fresh clean sheets, fresh bath towels, beach towels and tea towels. In the bathroom: hand soap, moisturiser dispenser and gel/shampoo dispenser. Additionally we leave an extra set of bath towels and sheets. This cleaning service carries a fixed charge. If you want extra cleaning service during the stay please just ask us for more information.

CAR RENTAL: I recommend you hire a rent a car before coming to Lanzarote as there is a high demand. We work with a strong company on the island, for your booked dates I can organise and book your car with special conditions, included tax fees, free cancellation, no deposit fee required, full insurance, no fuel charge, unlimited kilometres and a second driver included.
