Beautiful holiday villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 4 people, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms distributed on one floor.
INTERNAL: This villa is composed of the GROUND FLOOR which consists of a spacious living room with TV SAT/TDT, air conditioning and access to the terrace overlooking the sea. A fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and gas cooker. Two bedrooms with a double bed each, one with a ceiling fan and a bathroom with bathtub en suite. In addition there is a separate bathroom with shower. The HIGH FLOOR is closed and uninhabited during the rental.
EXTERNAL: You can enjoy wonderful sea views from the 9x4 pool with Roman, metal stairs and an outdoor shower. There is a covered terrace and a portable barbecue to enjoy delicious meals. There is parking on the same plot for 2 vehicles.
LOCATION: This villa is located in an urbanization very close to the sea and to all services ideal to do without the car. It is 500 meters from the nearest restaurant and supermarket and 1.4 km from the sandy beach. The center of Calpe is 1.1 km away.
REMARKS: Free WiFi. Pets are allowed up to 12 kg with supplement.
