Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There are also two independent bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. In the UPPER FLOOR which we will access by internal stairs, we will find a bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds each and a room with a single bed. There is also a bathroom with bathtub.
EXTERIOR: The villa has a partially enclosed plot and a large 10x4 pool, there is also a parking area for 5-6 vehicles.
LOCATION: The villa is located in Benissa in a very quiet area, ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday in a rural environment. It is 7.5 km from the beautiful sandy beach of Moraira. The nearest supermarket is only 1 km away. To Calpe and its beaches we will arrive in 10.5 km.
