The villa is set on two floors, with the main accommodation being set on the upper floor. Here can be found one airy lounge with bay windows, kitchen with dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the lower floor there is a convenient and independent one-bedroomed apartment, which can be accessed via an internal staircase or via the outside.

This apartment features a large kitchen with sitting area and a bathroom with shower as well as a double bedroom.

The villa is surrounded by a well kept garden, offering the plus of a big brick-built barbeque.

Living Room The living room has a dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are sea views from the living room.

Kitchen The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

Pool Heating This villa is with a heated pool. The pool heating system raises the temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not heated. The pool heating can be provided for an additional fee. If it is required please contact us for further assistance.

Additional Information

The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11 till 30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee of €25 per day. Please contact us 48 hours before your arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25 years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.
