Inside the villa is a living room with dining area and kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one double bedroom (with en suite bathroom), one twin bedroom and one family bathroom. On the second floor is a balcony with a panoramic sea views.
Living Room The living room is air-conditioned and has a dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free WIFI. There are patio doors to the pool terrace with Garden sea views.
Kitchen The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25 years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.
