All facilities, fixtures & fittings are top quality and this really is a 5 star house.
The EV charger was a great bonus to have, and with the addition of the hot tub it really made our week a super relaxing experience.
The owners checked in with us during our stay which was a nice touch, and we will certainly be returning to this property again.

"This is our third stay at Boskensoe, our first at the property Granary."
This is by far the nicest place we have stayed, the fit and finish is perfect, the private gate operated drive and garden is large, the lawn and garden is great for pets and the hot tub and outdoor log burner was well used with excellent views. The inside was without exaggeration very very roomy, the two bedrooms with en-suites were unbelievable, beds comfy.
The living area and kitchen also to the highest standards.
Two small things-the iPads which controlled the sound system throughout the property were glitchy and the high end sound bar underneath the TV wasn’t connected up.
Other than that incredible.

The standards are very high, we love the comfortable beds & sofa. The well equipped kitchen, the fires inside and out and lastly the large hot tub and outdoor shower.

The owners thought of everything, honestly everything! The property was clean, the little welcome hamper was beautiful, it was nice to see local Cornish businesses being used for the soaps, shower gel, even the loaf of bread.
Would we stay here again?

My only recommendation would be to have some hooks outside near the hot tub for the robes and extra lighting near/on route to the hot tub.

"The Granary at Boskensoe Barns is just a place of dreams!"
Just as good as the pictures if not better.
When we arrived there was a little welcome tray with a whole array of lovely treats. Tea/coffee and milk was onsite too which is a really nice touch.
Being able to use the electric charger for our car was brilliant, the ipads around the house for music was just amazing and the hot tub was huge and wonderful.
Then even more so the bed was super comfortable and the bedding just of such luxury quality! We slept so well.
Overall we didn't want to leave at all, we had a great stay and will definitely be back!
Location wise was great too. It was a short walk into Mawnan Smith which has a great local shop, a brilliant coffee shop and a great pub. Then only 15minutes away from Falmouth, and the beaches around so close to the place are gorgeous.
100% recommend that you book to stay here!

"Wow, wow, wow, this is luxury, stunning and super comfortable accommodation!"
We have just returned from a wonderful week staying in the Granary at Boskensoe. It ticked all the boxes for us parents, our 9-year-old son and his grandmother. Firstly, the two-storey converted barn is spacious, beautifully appointed and decorated, and clean! It has comfy beds, plenty of fluffy towels and bathrobes! It has all the mod cons (Neff appliances, ovens, dishwasher, Bosch washer and dryer, Samsung Smart TVs in every room, and built-in sound system). The kitchen and utility contain everything you could need to cook, bake and do laundry. Maybe the only things missing were a pair of oven gloves and a coffee espresso machine.
We made great use of the Webber BBQ, and daily use of the large hot tub, which was sparkling clean (the owner changes the water and cleans between rentals). Plus we could charge our electric car FOC.
The Granary is situated on a working farm (very little noise, a bit of cow mooing), with stunning views across the Cornish countryside. The village offers a grocery shop, pub, coffee shop and a gorgeous gifts and interiors shop called the Oyster Catcher.
Nearby, there is so much to see and do. We went out exploring every day to new locations - travelling between 5 - 30 minutes. There are also plenty of great places to eat, such as The Cove at Maenporth and Hocked on the Rocks at Swanpool, both of which are minutes away.
We would love to return and have another wonderful stay.
This was our 4th Cornish holiday in a rental property, and The Granary has been by far the best place we have stayed. It really was just perfect.

We’ve had the best week ever in Cornwall and made even better with the stay at The Granary. We didn’t want to leave!
The house was spotless, comfortable and warm. The music system throughout the property was a real bonus!
Kitchen well equipped and the welcome hamper was a real treat (bread, butter, milk, jam, biscuits, elderflower drink)

"Beautiful place to stay."
The Granary is luxurious and we were very comfortable staying there. It is extremely dog friendly with the enclosed garden. The owners have thought of everything. Closest beach is a shingle beach 5 minutes drive. Lovely area.

"Just returned from a fabulous week's stay in the Granary at Boskensoe barns."
The granary is a modern barn conversion finished to a very high standard. Very clean with very comfortable king sized beds in both bedrooms.
Loved the hot tub spent quite a bit of time in it.
Some wonderful walks on the coastal path which is walkable from the barn. Just a short 15min walk to the local pub and we'll stocked shop.
The Ferryboat in at Helford passage is well worth a visit, lovely food on the banks of the estuary.
Highly recommended holiday accommodation.

"Having booked The Granary, we expected a high standard."
The accommodation exceeded our expectations and we were impressed with our surroundings. We loved the privacy and it was very evident how much thought had gone into making The Granary a delightful place to stay. Meticulous attention to detail has been applied in making it welcoming, comfortable, family friendly and pet friendly.

"An absolutely fantastic house, clearly been recently developed."
The finishings were top spec and plenty of amenities with lots of cool and quirky features. A large house, making for two spacious bedrooms with en suits… Spotlessly clean.
The house is situated walking distance from the the village. As well as, the beautiful Grebe Beach and a short drive away from Meanporth Beach.
I would definitely stay here again!

It had such a modern and yet comfortable feel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It had more than we had imagined and could wish for. Attention to detail was spot on and can't fault anything.

"Fabulous new addition to Boskensoe Barns!"
We spent a week there with our 16 month old and the mother-in-law and all got along wonderfully mainly due to how amazing this property is! No expense has been spared on the property - furnishings, facilities, tech in every room, enclosed garden with multiple car parking, huge covered hot tub - the list is endless. Very responsive owners in Mark & Bridget. Great location close to the facilities of Falmouth and a short walk to the local pub and just a little further to the coastal path/beaches. We also had two dogs with us who we always felt safe with letting them out in the enclosed garden. Gem of a find and will most definitely be back!
