  • "Wonderful pod with hot tub."

Extremely clean and tidy on arrival , lovely furnishings , everything you need . Hot tub amazing , lovely quiet area with short walk to local town . Idyllic

  • "While the cabin itself was generally pleasant and the addition of a hot tub was appreciated, our experience was dampened by a lack of warmth from the hosts."

When my partner requested additional toilet paper, the response seemed a bit curt, as they explained that the two rolls initially provided were intended as ‘courtesy rolls’. This occurred on the second to last day of our stay, and we simply needed one extra roll to tide us over. Additionally, the noise from the flapping extraction fan in the windy conditions made it challenging to get a restful night's sleep.

  • "Very, very clean , perfect for enjoying a bit of quiet to recharge yourself."

There are plenty of things to visit during the day and perfect to relax in the evening with the bathtub. Totally recommend!

  • "We had a lovely time at cherry over the Christmas period."

The owners were incredibly helpful and welcoming. We were greeted at the pod and carol had even made Christmas cake for us to enjoy! The pod was lovely and warm and absolutely spotless. The bed was comfy and the hot tub worked perfectly. Our little dog had the best time playing with the farm dogs and we would love to visit again. We would definitely recommend staying here!

  • "We had a wonderful time at Cherry!"

We enjoyed the cozy cottage with the hot tub and the animals all around. Despite the stormy weather, we took some of the lovely walks as well. We also had a great time exploing Ulverston which is a lovely little town nearby. The highlight of our getaway was definitely the kindness of the hosts who gave us a warm welcome. We appreciate all their hard work maintaining the cottages and the farm by themselves.

We used the hot tub every night, it was fantastic! Watched the cows coming in for the night sitting in the tub with a beer in hand! Extra towels were provided for the hot tub as well which was handy. Very dog friendly. We'd love to come back!

Not a crumb in sight and smelled lovely. The lady that owns the farm is also very nice and talkative and gave us some good recommendations for where to eat. Would definitely go again 100000%

  • "On arrival we we're shown to our cabin by the lovely owner."

The cabin was presented immaculately and felt so cosy inside. The scenary from the cabin was lovely and relaxing especially when sat in the hottub. The tub was also spotlessly clean and we loved spending the evenings soaking off all the walking. The location is lovely and quiet but also easy to access and a short walk into ulverston. Although we had a couple of days of rain (can't be helped) we had the best week and didn't want to go home. We would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a lovely cosy and relaxing stay in the lakes.

  • "We cannot rate this place highly enough, stunning relaxing setting, lovely well-kept facilities, lovely owners who went well above and beyond."

Truly stunning and relaxing countryside, but only 1 miles drive to the local town with local amenities including big supermarket, pubs, takeaway etc. We travelled from near Leeds with 2 kids and a dog for a 2-night stay May-23. The log cabin itself is surprisingly roomy and allowed for a travel cot to be erected no problems. WIFI was good. Included basic kitchenware/utensils and bathroom towels. The owner also gave us an outside pitch lead for the dog which was very helpful. Cabin, hot tub and grounds all lovely. Great location to drive to various places the Lakes have to offer. Owners are lovely people, really welcoming and even letting our kids have a sit on the tractor and enjoy ride on the quad bike! Made it very special for them – thank you! We will certainly be coming back next year!

  • "Fabulous stay, would certainly recommend!"

The owners of the farm were very helpful and friendly, even let my girlfriend hold and bottle feed a lamb! The cabins are fantastic, hot tubs are brilliant, and it’s so peaceful at night we stayed in the hot tubs for hours. We are potentially looking to go again this year in august/September.

  • "We stayed at the Cherry cottage for 2 nights."

If we just had time we could have extended our stay there. It has all the things we needed. My eldest son loves the hot tub and that's the only thing he was looking forward after a day of exploring the lakes. My youngest son (2mos) was very comfy co-sleeping with me in the sofa bed. He slept through the night and stays asleep while I feed him in between. The only down side that we could see is that the pod shares the same gate as the farm so everytime we have to go out somebody needs to go down and open and close the gate. It was a bit of a hassle for us since my husband (who's driving) needs to do it. It could have been better if there was a separate entrance not gated for visitors.
