  • "We had a lovely stay at Ribble View."

It was spotlessly clean. Really comfortable, and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. The welcome pack was much appreciated. The view is something else - it’s just stunning! We will definitely be back :)

glad you had lovely stay xx Property Owner

  • "This was fantastic accommodation in a stunning setting with many wonderful walks on your doorstep and some excellent pubs too."

As some people have already commented the L-shaped sofa is a bit of a squeeze for 4 adults. The only thing I’d like to see added is a mop and bucket to clean the lounge floor.

glad you enjoyed your stay thanks for your comments x kerry Property Owner

  • "Ribble view was a great base for us to explore the area while we were in north Manchester to attend an event."

Everything you could need was provided at the property. The beds were super comfy and the wet room en-suites a luxury with robes, slippers and extra towels for the hot tub provided. One half of our party made good use of the hot tub even in the rain at the end of January! The only suggestion I would make is that the L- shaped sofa is not enough for four adults to sit comfortably together in an evening. Ribble view was as the name suggests and it was stunning. Thank you to Kerry for a lovely stay. We hope to be back.

thankyou glad you had nice time hope to see you soon kerry x Property Owner

  • "We came in the middle of January and we enjoyed every second and so did the dog."

Very well equipped , had everything you could think of! Lovely walks around the area or even just on the farm by following the footpath they have marked out. The big window overlooking the fields and the sheep as well as the hot tub are a big bonus! We loved looking out at the sunset and the dog loved making friends with the sheep through the fence. Very Quiet and relaxing , would 100% come again!

  • "Ribble View was great: warm and comfortable with good quality furniture and fittings and a lovely landscape view."

The owner left a very nice welcome box for us. The hot tub was brilliant. I felt a bit guilty for some paw marks by the door but couldn’t find a floor wipe or anything to clean them up with. Sorry about that. Would definitely be happy to stay again and to recommend to others.

  • "A first class property, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped."

Super welcome pack on arrival. Very pleasant situation with nice views across the fields. Although the place was dog friendly, our pets could not be let off the lead as the outside area was not secure. Apart from that aspect, full marks to the property in every respect

  • "A very attractive cottage just over a year old with great views over the Ribble."

Good walks straight from the property. All mod cons including hot tub. The only improvement I could suggest is the WiFi which is often flakey. Don’t know if that is down to available coverage or system capacity.

glad u had lovely time sorry WiFi weren't great we ll look into it xx Property Owner

Super relaxing, clean, comfortable. The area is absolutely stunning, love the look out over the hills and such a cute farm to enjoy watching from the hot tub. So close to biking tracks and walking tracks which was perfect for us. Close to everything you need on a holiday. Everyone was so lovely and even spoke with the people camping, clearly they come back often and everyone is so lovely it’s like a community. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

  • "We loved our stay at Ribble View, it’s spotlessly clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location."

We watched lambs playing in the field in front of the window, wild deer and hares. The owners had left a very generous welcome pack and fresh flowers on the table. We will definitely be back and have already recommended to others. My only suggestion would be something on the gate to stop smaller dogs being able to squeeze under. I have a cocker spaniel and she managed to get under the gate to say hello to another dog while we were sat in the hot tub so we had a soggy, embarrassing dash in our swimmers across the caravan field to get her. We didn’t want to leave her inside on her own so it did mean we couldn’t fully relax while we were in the hot tub. But such a small detail and didn’t take anything away from our wonderful stay.

Ah glad you enjoyed ur stay we ll have think about dog situation see you soon in the future kerry xx Property Owner
