  • "My large family and I had a fantastic stay at Cartmel Old Grammar."

We are a group of 14, including 7 adults plus lols of teenagers and kids!! Cartmel Old Grammar had plenty of room and rooms for us all plus it is fitted out in a modern way. The bar area Ama large dining room was especially good for relaxing after long days out in the Lakes. Location-wise, Carmel village is a short walk away and has a very relaxed atmosphere with lots of puns, bars and places to eat. For daytime activity, the property is a short-ish drive from Windermere and Coniston. In summary, we had a brilliant holiday and Cartmel Old Grammar was a great past of it
