Sharing a driveway with neighbouring Villa Mariandy 2, the villa is about 10 minutes walk from the Blue Flag sands at Coral Bay, with the resort's shops, bars and restaurants just a little further away. Paved in pale sandstone to complement the villa itself, the poolside terrace is overlooked by another shaded terrace to one side of the house.
Doors lead into two large lounge, with a 32” LCD TV ,Digital channels (over 50 channels, covering sports, premier league, discovery etc) a DVD player and wi-fi.An open-plan kitchen/diner and a shower room completes the ground-floor layout.
