They consist of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room (sleeps up to 6-8 guests), dining areas, kitchen, balconies, etc. Each house is 150 sq.meters in size, and have a private out door SPA.. They are designed in traditional Zakynthian style in stone, the interior luxuriously styled and, of course, fully equipped throughout.
There is also an ecological children's playground with spacious tree houses..that children love, WIFI, Free Parking, 2 BBQ, a swimming pool, a nice Pool Bar, and a big garden with specious dinnerKiosks !
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and all other necessary electrical equipment. All rooms have air conditioning!
The view from the balconies is magnificent overlooking the sea which is approximately 150-200. from the houses and there are three beaches: Plaka beach, Saint Nicolas and Banana beach. Furthermore a five minute drive by car or even by bike will take you to Gerakas beach which belongs to the National Marine Park where the world-wide famous Caretta-Caretta turtles lay their eggs.
You can Visit it, see the nests and swim with the turtles!!!!
The use of local traditional materials such as stone, timber, bricks and other ecological materials produced on the island and also the exquisite interior decoration has been successful in creating an extremely relaxing haven.
Approximately 100m. from Alegria there is access to tavernas, beach restaurants, S. Markets, etc. etc.
