There are 4 apartments with air condition, heating ,kitchen and hot water in douche each. All the Villa is renovated , the rooms, the bathrooms, the kitchen with many supplies and the yard - balcony over the SEA. The zone where the Villa is located is Agios Sostis Beach in a quiet neighborhood. Near the Villa you can find Mini Markets, Reastaurants, Bars and others shops with many goods.
