Details of the Apartment

The apartment is in a block of nine over 3 floors and is served by a lift and stairs with well maintained public areas. The building is accessed via remotely controlled entrance gate and door, operated from an entry phone in the apartment or key from outside. It has 3 double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, a family bathroom, a spacious lounge/dining area and a large kitchen and laundry. The Lounge has comfy seating for six people and an air conditioning/heater unit. The dining area has a large table and 6 dining chairs. There is a private garage with allocated parking, accessed from the street by electric gates and with internal access to the public area of the ground floor hallway.
The kitchen is fitted with electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, ironing board and iron and double sink.
The laundry has gas water heater, washing machine, store cupboard and large sink. It also has access from the window to a washing line.

Two of the bedrooms have double beds, one is king size. The third bedroom has two single beds. All the bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes with sliding doors and plenty of hanging space and shelves and drawers.

El Campello Apartment is located in El Campello, Alicante Province

The apartment is in a quiet residential area called Barra de Cruz on the western side of the old town, with views of the sea in the distance to the East and mountains in the North. It has shops and bars nearby and the town is a ten minutes walk.
It is possible to visit the apartment without having a car as transfers can be arranged, buses travel from the airport to Alicante and then by Tram to El Campello.
El Campello is well served by public transport from Alicante by both Tram and bus.
The sea front has a very long beach and promenade and goes south towards Alicante passing through San Juan and Muchavista. There are many restaurants and bars along the sea front a marina and yacht club and also a fishing port where you can purchase fresh fish most days. There is also an important Bronze Age archaeological site La Illeta dels Banyets, near the port.
Alicante is 15 km away from the apartment, Villa Joyosa 12km and Benidorm 20km.

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

Saturday is the normal changeover day but this can vary dependent on previous bookings. Longer lets are available by negotiation.
Payment can be made by transfer to our bank account or by cheque. We require a £50 non refundable deposit on booking and the balance 4 weeks before arrival, we also require a £200 security deposit payable at the time of paying your balance. This will be returned to you when our agents have inspected the property and reported back to us that there is no damage and all rubbish has been removed.
All linen and towels are provided and are changed weekly. Cleaning is carried out at the end of each let.
