This lovely three bedroom villa with the large communal pool and the garden area can definitely make your holiday relaxing and enjoyable. It is located in the quiet area of Ayia Thekla, only seconds from the sea. Villa has three comfortable bedrooms, kitchen and living room with fire place, TV and DVD player. There are aso air-conditioners to make hot summer days more comfortable. Ayia Thekla is the perfect destination for those seeking the privacy of a residential area.Modern architecture makes this holiday villa the perfect place for families and friends. The villa is in a small complex, tastefully furnished throughout, all windows and patio doors have fitted blinds and the villa is air conditioned throughout. There are three specious bedrooms all with toilet/shower rooms, with double beds and built in wardrobes. The living room is open plan with kitchen and there is TV, Satellite TV, and fire place. The kitchen is fully equipped with fringe/freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, ironing facilities, oven, extractor fan, all cooking utensils. There is a large communal swimming pool and a pool side shower that can be used by our quests free of charge. By the pool there are sun loungers and a parasol. Location: The villa is located in Ayia Thekla. The coast is just 200 meters away and there are numerous small beaches all along this coastline within walking distance. The main tourist center of Ayia Napa is approximately 7 kilometres and here you will find a selection of international restaurants (Italian, Chinese and Greek), bars, shops and supermarkets. Protaras is on the main bus route for an hourly bus service that takes you to all the local towns and resorts such as Kapparis, Pernera, Ayia Napa and Paralimni.
