Predela complex enjoys a prime and much sought after location. Ski back practically to your door. Restaurants, bars and entertainment within walking distance. The picturesque centre and old town of Bansko is within walkng distance.
Spa facilities free for guests and comprise of Indoor pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna & Gym. Also available is a poolside cafe. Browse through the Shops which are also within walking distance.
Accommodation consists of 1 spacious double bedded room, & 1 large bathroom, the lounge has 2 bed settees and a single folding bed which can be used in the bedroom if required. The apartment is furnished to a high standard with a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The open fire and central heating ensure you will never be cold even on the coldest nights.
There is a lift for easy access to all floors. Situated on the second floor and far enough away form the lift so you are not disturbed. A ski locker is available in the basement to store your skis.
Free offroad parking is available outside the complex.

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
* X-mas, New Year & Feb Half Term weeks £350
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required on your booking, full payment is required 6 weeks prior to start of rental period. 50% Deposit required for X-mas/New Year, half term & easter holidays.
£100 cash refundable deposit will be taken by the rental management company on your arrival to allow for excessive damages. This will be refunded by them when you leave the apartment.
