In a well-respected & beautifully maintained urbanisation called Myramar Oasis with 2 gardens, 2 pools and secure parking. The apartment is the largest in the whole complex offering spacious accommodation for up to 5 people. The holiday apartment has a large lounge/dining room with comfortable seating for 6 people. The lounge has a Smart T.V with English channels. also WIFI is installed. There is an galley styled kitchen fully equipped to cook full meals should you wish to eat in the apartment.
We have 2 bedrooms one with a double bed and the second has 2 single beds. Both rooms have large wardrobes and air conditioning. For the 5th person we have a Z bed, and a carry cot for a baby.
There is a large shower room and toilet, with a shaving point and a hair dryer in the shower room.
At either end of the lounge there are 2 balconies. One has views of the mountains and the village. The other looks out at the swimming pool and gardens and in the distance you have a view of the sea.The apartment is well maintained
and painted in pastel colours.
The owner has given the apartment a lot of thought to help you enjoy your holiday.

The apartment is in a small charming town called Arroyo-Del- La-Miel which is part of Benalmadena.
Arroyo is 15 minutes from Malaga airport. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from Arroyo. Where you will find all types of shops restaurants and bars. For entertainment, there is Tivoli World which includes Flamenco Dancing, shows and a fun fair. Which are enjoined by both children and adults alike. Paloma Park which has a lake with ducks and swans, children's play area, a zoo and plenty of garden walks. In Arroyo you will find the cable car which takes you up the mountain to the garden of Eagles and birds of prey. There is a train station where the train goes from Malaga to Fuengirola.These 2 are both worth a visit. A short walk away is Benalmadena Marina with pleasure boats from all parts of the world excellent bars , restaurants and clubs. Worth a visit is the Butterfly Park.
By train or public transport places of interest are a quaint old villages called Mijas, Marbella, Puerto Banus where you mingle with the rich.These are few places to visit but there are many more.

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

Notes on prices
Prices quoted above are for 4 people sharing. 5th person will be charged at £25 extra per week. Discount of 10% for bookings of 3 weeks or more (not July or August) and excellent rates for long winter lets of 6 weeks or more.

Changeover day
Flexible changeover day. Normal arrival time is 3pm; departure time 11 am. We are also very flexible on this too depending on next arrivals. We can look after any luggage before you need to go back to the airport.

Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of 25% of the total holiday cost is payable to secure a booking with the balance being due 6 weeks prior your departure. To secure a booking a booking form will be sent to you and all names who will be staying in the apartment must be entered on the form. Sterling and Euros accepted.
