"Park View Cottage is an end-of-terrace cottage lying in the village of Afonwen near Caerwys in North Wales. Hosting two bedrooms; one king-size and one twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is a kitchen and a living room/diner with an open fire and an electric fire. Oil central heating with open fire and electric stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer. Smart TV, and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. To the rear is an enclosed courtyard with seating, with parking available on the road. Note: There is another separate garden with seating. Park View Cottage offers a lovely spot in North Wales for a peaceful break. Please note that as we appreciate guests have personal preference regarding coffee, milk etc so no welcome basket is provided, however items are available at the local shop. Note: The stairs are cantered at the bottom so could be difficult for someone with reduced mobility. Please note: property is decorated for Christmas during the festive period. Note: dogs are not allowed upstairs or on furniture. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
