The villa is situated in a quiet cul de sac road in Callao Salvaje. Modernised and refurbished to a high standard. Courtyard entrance on arriving through front gate from street, with small covered seating area and mature ornamental trees. The resort: Callao Salvaje is a ten minute drive to the north of Playa de las Americas on the west coast of Tenerife. Once a quiet fishing village, the resort has blossomed in recent years and is becoming a very popular low key resort. Dotted around the resort are several bars and quality restaurants and the resort centre has even more - catering for a variety of taste. The villa is a 10 minute walk to the resort centre with hotels, bars, banks, restaurants, a pharmacy, doctors and supermarkets etc. There is a small friendly french bakers nearby that we highly recommend for all your fresh bread and cakes. On the sea front there is the new, lovely sandy beach and beach bar. The bright lights and beach activity of Playa de las Americas are just a 10 min drive away as are the stunning sandy beaches at Fañabe. Callao Salvaje is ideally situated to explore the island, as the motorway network which links the island is close by - whether you want to head north to the Tiede National park, or head to the busy resorts of the south. For golf lovers, the nearest course is at Costa Adeje, at just a 5 minute drive away. Property Management The property manager lives about 100 metres away and will meet you on arrival.
