Details of the Apartment

This Windmill Hill ground floor apartments is set in gardens and the complex has a lovely pool & bar restaurant area with a feature Windmill and also tennis courts.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms one with a double bed and a spacious en suite bathroom, the other with twin beds, television, DVD player and a separate shower room. In the lounge area there are 2 sofa beds and also 2 single beds which can be used as a sofa when not in use. Also flat screen TV, DVD player, & music system.

The lounge has double patio doors that lead out to the covered terrace with 2 sunbeds and a BBQ and outdoor table and chairs. In front of the terrace is a lovely grassy area. The new kitchen is very well equipped, includes, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and leads to an open plan dining area. There is a built in safe in each apartment.

The apartments are fully air conditioned / heated throughout bedrooms and lounge and this is an optional £50 extra per week.

We provide beach towels and also a high-chair, a cot & hairdryer

Apt B05 - Windmill Hill is located in Albufeira, Central Algarve

The Algarve region

Albufeira is a busy fishing town and the liveliest resort along the coast. Excellent shops and a superb selection of bars and restaurants, serving dishes from all over the world. On the East side of town, the nightlife is second to none. However, on the West side, Albufeira still retains it's old-world charm with narrow streets of white-washed houses leading in to squares with market stalls and numerous cafés and restaurants. These streets in the old town also lead on to the spectacular beaches of golden sands interspersed with rock formations.

From Albufeira, you are in easy distance of all manner of sporting recreations and entertainment and, of course, fabulous beaches to East and West. Albufeira also holds many concerts during the peak times of New Year and during high season, just by the Fishermans Beach or at the Marina.


Windmill Hill is a select and small development on the West side of the old Town of Albufeira, overlooking the Town and sea.

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

As long as the property is available and we have received all the relevant payments, we will give you written confirmation. This confirmation will show your booking details and the amount you still owe for the booking. Your binding contract with Windmill Hill Apartments will begin when we issue the written confirmation. For bookings made within 14 days of the departure date, you will have a binding contract when we give spoken or email confirmation of your booking to you and you have made the appropriate payments to us. If we pay the deposit into our bank account, it will not mean we accept a booking. As soon as you receive your confirmation, you must check the details carefully. If anything is not correct, you should tell us immediately. When you book, you should pay the deposit amount by direct bank transfer to Tracy Rodgers Natwest bank account We must then receive the rest of the money owed no less than 8 weeks before the start of your trip. However, if you book less than 8 weeks before the start of your trip, we must receive full payment of the total cost when you make the booking. If you do not pay any payment due in relation to your booking by the appropriate date we are entitled to assume that you want to cancel your booking. In this case, we will be entitled to keep all deposits paid or due at that date. Please contact us directly so we can inform you of your arrival and departure times. The property is subject to a full no smoking policy. Guests who smoke are asked to do so outside the property.
