Apartment at street level in Dublin's historic district of Kilmainham aptly named The Bay due to it's large Bay window where one can sit and enjoy breakfast and watch the world go by.

Ideally located for your visit to Dublin. Within walking distance of Dublin's top attractions, Kilmainham Gaol, The Irish Museum of Modern Art, Phoenix Park with Dublin Zoo, Aras an Uachtarain, Farmleigh House,residence of U.S. ambassador, Ashtown Castle, and the War Memorial Park. We are a 5 minute bus ride from Guinness Brewery and Jameson Whiskey Distillers and 10 minutes to Dublin Castle, Trinity College, Temple Bar, Christchurch and St. Patrick's Cathedrals.
This apartment is in a Victorian Red Brick Period property and we have retained many of their original features such as the fire place, cornicing etc. Completely refurbished in 2008 (ground floor) and 2009 (first floor), the living room has a solid oak flooring, large windows, comfortable leather sofas which pull out into beds, flat screen t.v. with dvd player.

The fitted kitchen has granite worktops and there is comfortable dining seating for 5.

The bedrooms are tastefully furnished with a double and single bed, fitted wardrobes and dressing tables. We also have a pull out sofa bed int he living room providing extra sleeping accommodation.
The bathrooms have twin basins with granite surround, large power showesr and bidets. The laundry room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The apartments are well fitted outl

Situated in the historic Kilmainham district, you can easily reach us from Dublin airport taking the Airlink to Heuston Station and transferring to the Luas. Alternatively, take the dublincoach to Red Cow and transfer to Luas. From Dublin Port, simply follow the liffey, keep left at Heuston Station and we are 5 minutes from here.
Easy access from the M7 and M4, should you be driving from the West or South of Ireland.

Pay a visit to Kilmainham Gaol, to get a real sense of Irish hisory, cross over to the Irish Museum of Modern Art, and on to the War Memorial Gardens and The Phoenix Park . Head down to Guinness Brewery and enjoy a pint in the rooftop bar. Dublin City Centre with its many tourist attractions such as Temple Bar, Trinity College, The Writers Museum, The Jameson Distillery, Dublin Castle and Christchurch Cathedral is a mere 10 minute journey from our apartments.
