4 bedroom Villa (sleeps 8 people) You will be met at the airport and taken directly to the Villa. We will be here in Dalyan and will be on hand for anything you may need from getting off the plane to returning to the airport. We can also help with planning any excursions ,boat trips etc you may want while your here. A modern deluxe villa in Beautiful rural location yet only a 15 minute stroll into the town centre & bar street (5 minute bike ride) there are bikes at villa for your use Please be aware that the use of the pushbikes are completely free of charge but are entirely at the guest's own risk should you choose to use them. Villa was completed May 2014 & has 4 bedrooms all on-suit fully air-conditioned in all rooms. The Villa is alarmed and has a safe for your use. Large 50inch Flat screen TV with full English Cable channels Movies,Music etc. DVD Player & IPad docking station for your use & Hairdryers for your use. We ask if you are a smoker you please smoke on the balcony's or the garden area. There is a drinking water cooler for your use new bottle delivered to villa Outside: Set on half an acre of garden an orchard of fruit trees with sensational 360 degree mountain views surrounded by lovely pomegranate fields in a stunning peaceful area of Dalyan .With a large 72 sq meter Private swimming pool and 8 sunbeds, poolside toilet and shower. Dinning table and chairs, BBQ area as well as a lovely kosk (Turkish cushioned outdoor chill out area) by the pool, There is a large outdoor shaded terrace with comfortable sofa and chairs as well as a very large balcony with seating on the 1st floor both areas have amazing views. Utility Room: washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mop bucket etc. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen and towels for your use which includes beach towels to save taking up all your suitcase space. For 2 week stays or more the villa will be cleaned mid holiday (free of charge). Other: There is a WC and shower in the garden at the pool side
