Details of the Apartment

We offer accommodation for groups of friends, families and golfers in a two year old apartment situated in an elevated position just 1 km from the beautiful and secluded Puerto de la Duquesa halfway between Marbella/Puerto Banus and Gibraltar, both only 25 minutes away. It is surrounded by a full size 18 hole golf course. In just 15 minutes you can walk to the marina, bars, restaurants, shops and beach.

Our aim is to provide good quality accommodation at an affordable price and to provide you with all the information you need to make the most of your holiday.

Our modern fully fitted luxury apartment is located on the second floor with stunning views of the sea and port. The apartment has two bedrooms which together with an excellent sofa-bed can sleep up to six people; two bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi bath, the other with a shower.

The apartment has high quality marble floors throughout, is fully air-conditioned (hot and cold) in all rooms, and has a well equipped kitchen, with cooker, hob, extractor, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle.

The fully fitted utility room has a washing machine. The lounge/dining room is well furnished with dining table for six, two sofas (one of which converts to a good quality double bed), TV with satellite UK channels, together with a DVD/CD Recorder System. Patio doors lead onto an extensive South West facing terrace equipped with table, recliner chairs and foot stools.

There is adequate on site car parking and a underground car parking space.

The nearest airport, just 25 minutes away, is Gibraltar. However, Malaga is just one hour away and can easily be reached from all parts of Europe. Off season flights are well under £100 and can be under £50 if booked a couple of months ahead.

Cars can be hired from Malaga Airport and La Linea (the border town to Gibraltar) and only a short walk from Gibraltar Airport. We have details of low cost car hire (see links below) which can be less than £15 per day. We will provide a detailed route description from any airport to the apartment.

Alternatively, you can travel by low-cost airline to Jerez or Seville on Ryanair. Jerez is one and a half hours and Seville, two and a half hours driving time to the apartment. Arrival via Seville also gives you the opportunity to explore Seville, Ronda and the Andalucian mountains

Rental Rates

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

This apartment is suitable for golfing parties or relaxing to escape the UK weather misery. A £100 (150 euros) deposit will be required per week to secure a booking. The full balance becomes payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival date together with a refundable damage/key deposit of £150 (200euros). The prices quoted are for 4 guests sharing the apartment but if an additional 1 or 2 stay, a small surcharge of £25 per week will be charged. to cover extra costs of cleaning linen etc. Further information can be obtained from the owners.
Please note that prices and dates are not guaranteed until a confirmed reservation has been made..
Changeover day flexible. Normal check-in time is 4pm on your day of arrival and check-out is 10am on the morning of your departure. Some flexibility is possible on request for a later check out. is possible. On a two week booking or more a mid term clean and linen change will be included in the rental price.
