Details of the Apartment

The apartment is in a quiet area idyllically situated on the seafront and next to the marina and port area at Puerto de la Duquesa in Manilva. It is approx 25 mins from Gibraltar and 50 mins from Malaga airport.

Within the marina there are cafes, bars, boutiques, restaurants, supermarket, butcher, and a bank.

There is also full marina services and a business centre. Within walking distance of the apartment can be found the Duquesa golf course.

There are no high rise hotels or apartment blocks in the area, which has helped to maintain it's charm and it's character. The blue flag sandy beach stretches past Sabanillas to Estepona. On the other side it winds along the coast to the well known resort of Sotogrande. The Duquesa waterfront is closed to traffic making it safe for families.

This area has excellent facilities for both families and couples looking for a relaxing holiday, and for golfers with some of the best golf courses in Europe.

Manilva is a wonderful area to enjoy a range of activities for the whole family. Activities in Manilva include golf, water sports, sporting activities, horse riding and there is always loads of things to do and fun events for children.

Other activities around the area include horse riding, sailing, diving, fishing, jetskiing and go karting. In Estepona you have the Selwo African game reserve and you are a short drive away from the aqua parks of Mijas and the cable lift and marine park in Benalmadena. The local tourist information centre in Estepona is ideal for obtaining further details and leaflets on local activities and events.

These conditions set out the basis upon which Alvaro Espantaleón Moreno accepts bookings for holidays in the apartment placed in Urbanización Marina de la Duquesa number 818. Please read these conditions carefully.
1. Contract
You may book by email or telephone A binding contract comes into existence when the holiday booking has been confirmed either by post or email to you or your representative. This contract will be governed by Spanish Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain. In all cases the person making the reservation on behalf of the group accepts these bookings conditions on behalf of every member of the group. If you do not wish to accept these conditions you have 5 days from the day of booking confirmation to cancel and get a full refund.
2. Price Guarantee
All prices quoted on the web page are subject to change by the owners, and we reserve the right to correct and amend errors in both advertised and confirmed prices, which we will do so as soon as we become aware of the error. Please check the price of your holiday at time of booking. Once a holiday has been confirmed we guarantee not to increase the cost of the accommodation or any extras arranged on your behalf.
3. Payment
In order to confirm your holiday a payment of 25% of the total amount with a 150 € minimum per property (or full payment if the booking is made less than 6 weeks before the departure date) must be paid at time of booking. Once a contr
