Amazing penthouse located on the beautiful beach of Playa del Cristo and near the marina of Estepona with stunning views of Africa and Gibraltar. Located in a gated complex with two outdoor communal pools, parking space for one vehicle in secured garage and direct access to the beach. It has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This penthouse provides a WIFI connection and a full kitchen with an american style refrigerator, modern oven, microwave and dishwasher. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with lots of storage space and en suite bathroom / shower with a modern stone hand basin. The second bedroom has two single beds and a bathroom just outside in the hallway that includes a rain shower and a new hand basin. In the living room, there is a large visco-elastic sofa with a 50-inch TV with LED lighting colours around, it connects to the sunroom, which includes a dining table for six and a glass roof with a panoramic front and glass doors that shields the penthouse, plus two comfortable chase loungers to enjoy the sun or read a book. The third room with a glass door lets you enjoy frontal views of the sea from the king-sized bed and on the outside of this bedroom, a large window with a semi-professional elliptical training machine for exercise, accompanied by a beautiful view right next to a large boudoir with marine like details. A very comfortable room (in blue), with beautiful sea shell shaped lamps, connected to the fantastic terrace with sofas along the wall. The terrace has stunning views over Africa and Gibraltar and we completely recommend this penthouse for your holidays. This property is located in between the port of Estepona and the famous Playa del Cristo (great for young and old) - better impossible. You have various restaurants on your doorstep for day and night. The chiringuito HAVANA is highly recommended, walking into the port of Estepona would take you less than 10 minutes where you have everything that you might need – bars, clubs, supermarkets, taxis and a bus stop in front of the urbanisation. Gibraltar is a 40 minute drive away and it will take you about 30 minutes to the heart of old town Marbella or Puerto Banús. Further places that can be easily visited are Seville, Malaga, Cádiz or cross the strait of Gibraltar to see Moroccan culture in Africa (Tanger). Frontline overlooking sea next to Estepona port In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older. You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself. We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible. Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk. Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service. Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement. Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
