The Tithe Barn is a beautiful base for exploring the rolling countryside of Devon. due to the proximity to a working farm, it is imperative that the gates must be kept closed if there are dogs and children around, unless dogs and children are in the bottom part of the garden, which can be secured separately by way of closing the little gate.
