It is simply marvellous. It is large, spacious, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a splendid combined dining and living room after the hall, with large windows looking out over Calle Cava Baja, allowing guests to enjoy the ambience of Madrid. The bedrooms are located towards the other side of the hall. Two are separated by a thick and opaque curtain which provides privacy. The master bedroom is located at the end of the hallway, through the inner courtyard near the kitchen and the dining room. It is enormous, with a large double bed, an en suite bathroom, and a large built-in wardrobe—surely the envy of all! The apartment has been decorated exquisitely, in the purest of modern vintage styles. An absolute delight!

The building is close to everything, ensuring guests enjoy an unforgettable experience. The apartment is located in one of the most typical, authentic and beautiful buildings of the whole city. It has been refurbished but also retains the original design of the period, with wooden beams and a wide staircase, also made from wood. The building does not have a lift as the owners preferred not to taint the ambience and style, and is today considered a hidden gem.
