Within 10 metres are stops for bus 6 taking you directly into and out of Maribor in 10 minutes. Local supermarket is within 25 metres and bakery is opposite apartment for freshly baked daily breads and cakes. In either direction are a variety of cafe bars and restaurants with local and international dishes. Situated with easy access to mountain and cycling routes into the mountains and surrounding towns.

Maribor is small City set in the wonderful natural surroundings of Pohorje on one side and wine growing hills on the other, with the river Drava winding its way through it.The rich wine tradition of the oldest vine in the world,Maribor itself a city with its thriving cultural history and a destination for recreation, relaxation and entertainment.Cycling around Maribor and surrounding areas will benifit you some breathtaking views. In the village of pohorje are every type of shop needed for day to day : supermarket,bakery,chemist,post office,hairdresser,opticians,florest. There are also a few bars and restaurants for all tastes. Bike and cycle hire shops are within 5 minutes walk.
500m to the north is the lower cable car station for pohorje massif , just a 5 minute cable car journey to the slopes.
Public transport is available within 200m, buses are every half hour from 6am - midnight. These are 1euro each journey , the city centre is 10 minutes journey.
Taxis are 24hrs and charge 1euro per km so are inexpensive.
There are many different trails in and around Maribor from horseriding trails,forest walks,maintainbiking to vineyard trails. All these trail maps are available free of charge from tourist information in the main sq and signposted for ease to follow.
The Drava river runs through the centre of Maribor , walk or cycle the paths to the river island at Bresternica for a day at the open air Lido.

1. Meet and greet service and times to be arranged prior to arrival.
2. A key deposit may be required on arrival , refundable on departure.
3. Parties of more than 4 only if prior arrangement with owner. For larger groups we may be able to provide additional accommodation in Maribor.
4. Unauthorised parties of more than 4 will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
5. The owner reserves the right to refuse any booking and to terminate the vacation of any person or party whose conduct is detrimental to the accommodation or offensive to neighbours.
6. The owner shall not be liable for any injury,loss or damage suffered by any person or to personal belongings.
7. No pets allowed.
8. The accommodation is 'non smoking'.
9. No items to be removed from the property.
10. Check in is from 1400 on day of arrival and departures are by 1100 unless prior arrangements have been made.
11. Tourist tax is €1 per adult per night, this is charged locally and is due on arrival.
