Details of the Condo
4 bedrm 3 bath condo, in Villas Marlin complex on the Caribbean Ocean located on the Hotel Zone. Complex has three large pools, 4 whirlpools, and a life guard. We also have security guards, Our condo is a spacious 1600 sq ft. or 150 sq meters.
The condo has a washer and dryer.
The Master bedrm has a TV also the 2nd bedrm has a TV, and Tv in the Living room with DVD and VCR player on it.
The bedrms have a king bed in the Mster bedrm, a queen & a single bed in the 2nd bedrm, a double and a single bed in the 3rd bedrm and 2 single size beds in the 4th bedrm. All baths rooms are full bathrms..We have a maid that comes in every other day, Our complex is child friendly and has a childrens pool with a whirlpool for mom & dad. We have a full kitchen, There are many close by restaurants also. The condo will sleep 2-10. The bus line runs very close 1 block from the property. Taxi's also avail. in front of the property.

We are 20-30 min. ride from the airport. We offer a transfer , contact service that is very reasonable and dependable to and from the condo.
There is many attractions in this area, that you can go to..name a few. Isla Mujeres Island, Xccart, Dolphin discovery, Sel-Ha', Tulum, Mayan ruins, and many more places, such as the clubs, and flea markets.
There are very many restaurants in this area, some close and some you can hop on a bus and go to or take a taxi. Car rentals are also available, and we have parking inside the complex for your car.

1/2 pmt. required down and balance 1 mo. before going to the distenation, Check or Paypal .
Cancellation Policy: 91 or more days prior forfeit $100.
61-90 days prior to the rental date forfeit 50% of deposit.
30-61 forgeit all the deposit.
Within 30 days no Refund.
Processing fee of $25 for any cancellation.
