La Marmotte is situated in a quiet private cul-de-sac, close to all amenities - essential for stocking up on fresh bread and croissants. Built in 2007 it is our second home which we use often and as such is furnished comfortably.
To take advantage of the views, the house has the entrance and living accommodation on the first floor and the bedrooms downstairs.
Upstairs there is an entrance hall with storage and WC, leading into the open plan lounge / kitchen /diner with table and chairs and 2 settees. A door leads to a 2nd sitting room with a settee and television with an en-suite bathroom. Both these rooms have doors onto the terrace (20m2) and both have views over Lac de Matemale and the mountain ranges beyond.
