Broomfield house is available to book online from the end of June through to beginning of September 2014 only. Online bookings are for 3 night stays but 2 night bookings are considered upon request. PLEASE NOTE: THE DINING TABLE WILL BE 10 FT WITH BENCHES TO SEAT 15 PEOPLE. SOFAS WILL BE UPDATED TO SOFA BEDS SLEEPING ONE ADULT EACH, READY FOR JULY 2014 PHOTOS COMING SOON. Please read the house rules prior to booking. The house is a newly refurbished spacious Sussex holiday home, in Telscombe Cliffs, a 15 minute drive or bus ride from bohemian Brighton. Located just 5 minute’s walk from The South Downs National Park & the seafront. Buses run every 10 minutes from the end of the road and run till 3 am Thurs/Fri/Sat. Taxis cost approx £15 from the Palace Pier. * seater Taxis are possible to arrange. You can truly enjoy the best of all worlds here, whether you want a lively night out on the town or a quiet night in, rambling country walks or sea side strolls, it’s up to you! Ample off road parking for 3 cars with plenty of FREE on street parking available to!! SUMMARY: 1 Double bedroom with king size bed, en-suite shower room sleeps 2 2 Double bedrooms with 4ft 6" standard double beds, sleeping 2 each, (1 with en-suite shower room ) 2 Twin bedrooms with 3ft singles, sleeping 2 each 1 Single room with 3ft single bed 2 Living rooms sleeping 2 each, on 'click clack' style sofa beds to sleep 1 adult each (4 in all ) 6 bedrooms, 3 reception rooms, 1 family bathroom with bath & shower, 2 en-suite shower rooms & 3 WC's. Sleeping up to a maximum of 15 people. At the end of the road are two pubs offering sea views, great food and entertainment. You’ll also find here excellent take-away's and an off licence/store, whilst the supermarkets are just a five minute drive away. This fabulous holiday let ticks all the boxes! Ideal choice for large family, group of friends or colleagues visiting the Brighton area for a holiday, special event or fun get together. You’ll be ideally located to access everything that Sussex has to offer; Beachy Head, The Seven Sisters Country Park, Rottingdean village (famous for Rudyard Kipling and a host of independent shops and cafes), miles of coastline and picturesque villages. GROUND FLOOR LIVING ROOM 1: SLEEPS 2 on 2 sofa beds, TV & DVD OPEN PLAN LIVING ROOM 2: SLEEPS 2 on 2 sofa beds, (A privacy screen will be provided). TV & DVD player available here too. So no arguments about what to watch! French doors to patio GROUND FLOOR BEDROOM 6: Twin bedroom with 2 x 3ft single beds, built in wardrobe & shelves GROUND FLOOR CLOAKROOM: Glamorous sparkling black marble tiles, sparkling tile splash backs, and floating sink. Glitter everywhere even a matching glittery loo seat! The blue spot lighting, will get you in the mood to go out on the town! SPACIOUS KITCHEN DINING ROOM: Measuring 24 feet with 2 French patio doors leading to west facing gravelled courtyard with large private walled and fenced garden- plenty of seating will be provided. N.B: THE KITCHEN WILL HAVE NEW 10ft TABLE TO SEAT 15 GUESTS FOR SIT DOWN DINING. (PHOTOS COMING SOON) Large 6 ring gas hob. Broomfield House is located in Brighton and Hove, Sussex

Central Brighton with all its wonderful cafes, shops, theatres, food stalls and restaurants is about a 15 minute drive or bus ride away. Broomfield House itself, is located in Telscome Cliffs 2 streets away from the Telscombe Tye which is part of the South Downs National Park, great for Rambler's, country walks and off road biking. Saltdean is 5 minutes away, there is a co-op shop, post office & the Whitecliff Cafe, serving good food Sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and look out to sea. The famous Art Deco Saltdean lido is located there too, we hope it will be restored to its former glory soon!. Rottingdean village with its Rudyard Kipling Gardens, church Village Pond and Museum is about 10 minutes away. Brighton Marina is about 15 minutes drive away. There is a cinema, 10 pin bowling, a casino, boardwalk cafe's & shops, David LLoyd Gym, ASDA all located in one place. Why not hop on the Volks Railway to Brighton Centre? The Seven Sisters Country Park is about a 20 minute drive east with its famous vista's of the Cuckmere Valley, Seven Sisters Cliffs, Beachy Head, and Eastbourne beyond, definitely worth the trip on a sunny day, with stunning scenery.
