Nestled between a national park and the Mediterranean Sea. Fully self-contained 2 bdrm loft conversion - 66m2 with balcony. Gated residence. Great location - all activities & services accessible on foot or by local bus service (bus stop 3min walk).

A 5min stroll from the beach, our apartment is on the 1st floor of a 2-storey, small and secure residence complex - fully gated with keypad code access and onsite caretaker. Within the Residence, consisting of Provence style terraced houses, there is a magnificent swimming pool, a wonderful garden area, a tennis court and facilities for table tennis and petanque. Our apartment overlooks the swimming pool and lush surroundings, including a hillside vineyard.

The swimming pool is fully fenced with child-proof safety latches on the gates, and has a paddling pool for children which is partitioned from the main pool. There are sunbeds (brand new - Jun 2011) and chairs around the swimming pool which guests are free to use.

The apartment itself is a fully self-contained 2 bedroom loft conversion with a large covered balcony (total size of 66m2 including balcony). With its built-in BBQ, the 16m2 balcony is able to be used for dining all year round.

One of the bedrooms is located on the main level whilst the other is located in the spacious loft area. On the main level there is also the large covered balcony/dining area (with built-in BBQ), fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom and separate toilet.

The living/dining area has a sofa, very comfortable electric operated reclining armchair, dining table with seating for 6, wall unit and television (some english language channels available).

2 Oscillating Tower Fans are available for use - 1 x Large & 1 x Small.

If required during winter, there are wall-mounted heaters in the living area and bedroom on the main level, as well as a heated towel rail in the bathroom.

Paradise Le Pradet is located in Le Pradet, Var

The village of Le Pradet, with a population of 11,000, lies east of Toulon on the Mediterranean Sea. Le Pradet is known for its seaside location, unspoilt nature (national park) and wonderful climate – a great destination for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts.

Our family apartment is located in an idyllic spot alongside Les Oursinieres, a hamlet of Le Pradet. Les Oursinieres is a quaint fishing port and is well known locally for its safe beaches and balmy water. A 5 minute stroll from the apartment will bring you to the beach of Les Oursinieres, where you will find a number of cafes and restaurants. From there you can wander along the coastal walking track where you will discover wonderful coves and beaches, with cafes dotted along the way.

Great walking & cycling tracks,rock pools,snorkelling,scuba diving,sailing,kayaking,paddleboarding,windsurfing,sailing, fishing,boat trips to the islands of Hyeres,day trip to St Tropez. All accessible on foot or by bus - 3min walk to stop

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

Changeover day - During high season and holiday periods the changeover day is normally Saturday but we may be able to accommodate arrival and departure days other than a Saturday - please contact me for further information.

Flexible stays available during shoulder and low seasons - minimum stay 3 nights.

Our local representative, Christelle, will be your host for the duration of your stay. Christelle will welcome you on your arrival and provide all the information you require.

Linen and Towels are included in the rental rate. Please bring your own beach towels.

Cleaning - products and equipment provided in the apartment, including a vacuum cleaner. Guests may perform the final clean themselves or alternatively arrange for this to be done through our local representative for a fee of EUR 65.00

Deposit - your booking will be confirmed on receipt of a 35% deposit. For those booking more than 6 months in advance a lesser deposit can be paid to secure the booking.

Security Bond - On arrival we would appreciate a cheque for euro 500.00 (or your local currency) which will be held by Christelle for the duration of your stay. After you depart and following a satisfactory inspection your cheque will be returned to you. Alternative methods are available if you do not operate a cheque account.
