"The living areas in this single-storey hut consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a portable electric grill/oven/hob, fridge with freezer compartment, woodburning stove and Smart TV. There's also a double bed within the studio-style layout, along with a separate shower room. Outside there's a wrap-around garden with lawn, decking, furniture, charcoal barbecue and a wood-fired hot tub, and off-road parking for two cars. Sorry, pets and dogs are not permitted. A travel cot can be requested. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. You'll find a shop in 4.9 miles and a pub in 0.8 miles. High Grounds Far Shepherd's Hut is a romantic base for a couple, looking to explore Derbyshire. Note: The property is set rurally on the owner's farm. Note: There are steps up to the property."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
