This property has been decorated and fitted out to a very high specification. It has views of the golf course to the front and views of the gardens and one of the four swimming pools from its sun terrace. The complex is in open countryside just a few minutes from the beach and hundreds of kilometres of walking, horse riding and biking trails including the Via Algarviana and Rota Vicentina.

The kitchen includes a washing machine and dishwasher while the living room is beautifully furnished as are the bedrooms - one with an ensuite the other with a family bathroom. Quinta Encosta velha has access to all the facilities within the Parque de Floresta Golf Resort, there is obviously golf, but so much more including summer camps for the children. Tennis courts, bowling greens, gym with personal trainers, health spa, bars and restaurants. Within a very short distance there are aerobic and Yoga classes.

This part of the Algarve is renowned for secluded beaches. Salema is about 3 km away and has everything you need for a day in the sun, bars, restaurants, cafes etc. It is a beautiful small fishing town, the sand is soft and the beach has a gentle slope away for safe swimming. Praia de Luz is about 6km away with a lovely large safe beach and water sports including hire of pedalos, canoes and catamarans.

Lagos is about 15km away with its old town and busy marina you can take fishing trips, dolphin watching and exploring nearby grottos by sea.
