"Rolling Hills is a modern stone detached house situated in the village of Sutton Poyntz near to the town of Weymouth in Dorset with an abundance of walks from the property. The house can sleep 7 people in 1 king-size double with en-suite shower, 1 double, 1 single, 1 twin with en-suite bath as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the house is made up of a fitted kitchen/diner and a sitting room with gas fire. To the outside of the house is off road parking for 3 cars and a lawned garden with decking and garden furniture. Rolling Hills is perfectly located for guests with different interests."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
