"Osprey View is a single-storey property with an open-plan living space with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six guests and a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a double and a twin, along with a shower room. There is a private front decking area with furniture and hot tub, off-road parking for two cars and an EV charging point is on request. Within 0.8 miles you will find a shop, within 0.9 miles, a pub and within 0.1 miles, a River Tay and this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot and highchair are also available on request. The property accepts a minimum of 3 nights stay. Access is via a graveled country track. Please note commercial vehicles are not allowed to be parked on site. Please note in bad winter weather that the access road is fairly steep and four salt/grit bins with shovels are provided on site by the roadside for use by guests in the event of snow"
