"2 Strathtay Lodges is a single-storey property consisting of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six guests and a sitting area with Smart TV and bioethanol fire. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room and two twins, along with a shower room. Outside there is a private rear decking area with furniture, as well as off-road parking. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, pub and River Tay and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 2 Strathtay Lodges is a wonderful escape for your next Scottish getaway. Note: No child facilities. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
