"The living areas in this three-storey cottage consist of a kitchen area with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a cloakroom, and a dining/sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of three doubles, one of which is on the second-floor, and a twin, along with a shower room and a second-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed garden with furniture, 2 x charcoal BBQs, a fire pit and off-road parking. Highchair, travel cot, and stairgate available. Within 0.1 miles, there is a pub and within 0.8 miles, a shop. Two well-behaved pets allowed and please note this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pentre Court Cottage is the perfect dwelling to explore the stunning Welsh landscapes. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
