"The living areas in this single-storey lodge consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms have Smart TVs and consist of a double and a twin, serviced by a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed front veranda with furniture, an enclosed rear veranda with furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.7 miles and the beach in 1.2 miles. 33 Woodpecker Lodge offers a stylish base for a family break to Ceredigion. Note: There are steps up to the lodge, unsuitable for those with limited mobility; please take care. Note: There is a stream running behind the lodge; please supervise children and pets.
