Kitchen, dining area, sitting area, and woodburning stove are all part of the open-plan living space and a utility. There is also a first-floor nook and a boot room. There is electric central heating system and a woodburning stove. Appliances include double electric ovens, a ceramic hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a dishwasher are all included. For entertainment there are two Smart TVs with Sky Basic Package, Speakers, 2 x DVD Players, WiFi, and a selection of books, games, and DVDs are included. Fuel, electricity, and a starter kit for a wood-burning stove are included in the rent. Bed linen is included in the rent. There is a highchair and a travel cot available. Parking for four cars is available off-road. Front garden enclosed with a raised patio, veranda, lawn, outdoor shower, barbecue, and furniture. We welcome one well-behaved dog. Sorry, no smoking allowed. The beach is 0.2 miles away, and there is a shop and a pub within 0.1 mile. There is a -ú500 Good Housekeeping Bond.
