"The living areas in this three-storey, reverse-level home consist of a first-floor open-plan living space with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, a TV with Freeview and DVD player, and a balcony, a sunroom and an external garage with washing machine and freezer. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor king-size, and two ground-floor twins, one with a Freeview TV and DVD player, serviced by a ground-floor shower room, and a second-floor bathroom. Outside there is a balcony with furniture, a rear terraced garden with lawn, patio, and picnic bench, and a private driveway for two cars. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power and bed linen are all included in the price. Brenig is a wonderful base for a Gwynedd escape. Note: There are steps in the rear garden, which is not fully enclosed. Note: The driveway is steep; please be careful. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: Towels are not provided.
