Details of the Cottage
"Delfryn consists of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and dining seating for six guests, a lounge with piano and french door and views of the Melindwr valley and a snug with Smart TV and log-burner. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size, a double and adult-bunk, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a private sloping garden with lawn, patio and furniture, along with off-road parking for three cars. Within 4.7 miles you will find a shop and within 0.1 miles, a pub and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are also available. Delfryn welcomes a family or group of friends for a memorable getaway in Mid Wales. Note: Due to the steep slopes in the garden, please ensure children are supervised. Note: The garden is not enclosed. Note: Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on soft furnishings. Note: The Tree house and flying fox in garden are not to be used. Note: There is a shallow pond at bottom of the garden."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
