The main floor consists of 3 bedrooms all ensuite with shower, 43" TV and exit to the side terrace and with access to the private pool. An office area with 2 offices and toilet. The lower floor is accessible by stairs or lift with laundry and ironing area (washing machine and dryer XL). The lower floor has a gym with machines and weights, a super spacious dressing room, a bathroom with separate toilet, an extra large shower, an extra large bed and direct access to the garden with an outdoor lounge.
