VILLA PARAMITHIA Welcome to the incredible Island of Rhodes. Paramithia an amazing 5 bedroom villa with a large private garden, a big open kitchen, a dining area with a capacity to accommodate up to 10 people easily. The outside facilities are like a 5 star resort with two separate pools, two sitting areas, BBQ, Tennis court, Volley combined with an amazing panoramic sea view. The big open modern area down stairs combines the living room , dining room and kitchen with spectacular sea view. You will find big Satellite TV. DVD, CD players and free WIFI in the villa. There are 4 bathrooms in total one on the ground floor, three on the 1st floor and an office with a single bed for those that would like to work quiet during their holidays. You will also find a washing machine, extra towels and sheets in the house which is fully equipped and you will miss nothing. Paramithia villa is one of a kind, a surface of 350sqm on a 4500sqm private plot and maybe the best location in the island of Rhodes, just 5 minutes’ drive from everything. Welcome basket is always there for a warm welcome with traditional Greek wine. The villa is only 2km from the center of Afandou where you will find shops ,restaurants, bars and supermarkets. If you take the road to the right you are only 3 min drive away from Kolymbia and 5 min drive from kolymbia beach. In kolympia you can find everything you need, restaurants, shops, bars and supermarket. Tsampika beach, one of Rhodes nicest sandy beach is only 5 min driving away. The seven springs is also 5 min drive from the house. Distance to the airport is 25 km and 20 min drive. the distance to Rhodes is 20 min drive and 25 min to Lindos. Villa Location The villa itself it is located on a top of a small mountain surrounded with olive fields and a spectacular front sea view and mountain surroundings on the background. You will experience the loveliest sunrises each morning and you will be awoken by the tranquil sounds of nature and rural life. Many places are within a walking distance of the villa but a car is highly recommended due to quiet rural location of the villa.
