This stunning villa has 3 spacious airconditioned bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and the other one is found on the first floor and offers a panoramic sea view and a wonderful terrace. To enter the first-floor bedroom there’s an external staircase. Theres no internal communication between floors and no internal sharing areas, this way all bedrooms are private. The ground floor bedrooms communicate with each other only from the entrance with no sharing areas. Each spacious bedroom has its own modern bathroom with a shower and its own incredible living room. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs with satellite channels. The first-floor room offers a beautiful terrace. The fully equipped kitchen is located in a different building some meters away from the main building. To go to the kitchen there’s a small path that begins from the swimming pool with stairs. There, you’ll find a bar as well as another bedroom – studio with a kitchenette. This bedroom is only available to a reservation that consists of more than 6 people. There’s free WIFI access throughout the property. Outdoors, there’s a fantastic private swimming pool with sunbeds where you can relax under the Aegean sun. The divine location offers an outstanding view of the emerald waters of Rhodes. This villa has everything you might need to feel comfortable and at home. There’s a BBQ facility where you can prepare al fresco meals and enjoy a gathering with your loved ones at the outdoor dining area. The villa is located within a 7-minute driving distance from Afantou village, close to all kinds of conveniences such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and car rentals. The villa is quite close to the cleanest beach of the island, Traounou beach, in only a 10-minute drive. The crystal-clear blue water of the sea deepens abruptly as you walk in, making swimming exciting and enjoyable. The villa is also close to some of the best beaches of the island close to Afantou beach. You can also find the golf course on the island. Along with this beautiful beach, visitors can find coffee shops and bars serving cold drinks, as well as restaurants serving fish and traditional food. The villa is also close to the best beach on the island Tsampika only a 15-minute drive. The airport is found at a driving distance of 25 minutes.
